  • Guided Online Training is self-paced and flexible. You’ll follow a tailored plan through the Trainerize app with check-ins, support, and the ability to message me anytime for questions or adjustments. It's perfect if you want structure without scheduling live sessions.

3. What’s included in the monthly online training subscription?

You get everything you need to stay on track:

  • A monthly training program

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Lifestyle tips and habit coaching

  • 24/7 access to me via in-app messaging

  • Weekly progress check-ins and accountability via a private group chat

  • One Monthly ‘Masterclass’ via zoom where we discuss any questions you may have.

4. I’m new to fitness—will this still work for me?

Absolutely. Whether you're a beginner or getting back into a routine, I’ll meet you where you are. All workouts are customized to your fitness level, schedule, and goals. No experience is necessary—just the willingness to start.

5. Do I need a home gym or equipment?

Nope! I design programs based on what you have access to. Whether it’s dumbbells, resistance bands, or just bodyweight, I’ll create a plan that fits your setup and delivers results.

6. What if I need to cancel or pause my membership?

I get it—life happens! I just ask for a 30-day notice to cancel or pause any membership. This gives me time to adjust your plan and schedule accordingly. No hidden fees, no stress.
