That simple decision changed my life. What began as a way to shrink myself turned into a lifelong love of movement, strength, and self-respect.
Now, with over 10 years of experience in personal training, I specialize in helping busy professional women reclaim their energy, confidence, and mental clarity through sustainable fitness. My approach blends weight loss, strength training, powerlifting, bodybuilding, Pilates, yoga, boxing, and mobility work—all backed by a deep belief that physical and mental health are inseparable.
